Udho Nangal (Sri Amritsar Sahib) Volleyball Tournament was held on 26 November 2022. This Was 2nd All Open Tournament. Tournament was organized by Randhawa Youth Club & NRI’s, Udho Nangal.

8 teams of boys listed below participated in the tournament.

Also there was a girls teams show match. LPU VS GNU AMRITSAR. The show match won by LPU & got 12,000/- first prize and GNU Amrtisar got 2nd position with 8,000/-

1st Prize of the tournament was 51,000/- , 2nd prize was 31,000/- & there were two Sports cycle for two best players of the tournament.

Out of these 8 teams LPU, DASHMESH SPORTS CLUB JETEWAL, GOVT. COLLEGE LUDHIANA & KHARAL KHURD made it to the semifinals.

KHARL KHURD WON the tournament and get 51,000 Rs/- first prize and LPU got 2nd prize of 31,000 Rs/-

Kharal Khurd Team setter Raja Jagdev Kalan got sports cycle as best player from winning team & Karan Sohi also got sports cycle as best player from runner up team.

Latifpur (Mukerian) Volleyball Tournament was held on 25 November 2022. It is located in Hoshiarpur District. This Was 2nd All Open Tournament.

JAGDEV KALAN A (ADELAIDE SKIERS) PANJAB SPORTS CLUB WON the tournament and get 25,000 Rs/- first prize and BABAK got 2nd prize of 15,000 Rs/-.

Raju Majra (Balachaur) Volleyball Tournament was held on 24 November 2022. It is located in Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar (Rupnagar) District. This tournament was organized by SAGAR AUSTRALIA  in loving memory of LATE CHAUDHARY DEVI CHAND MASTER JI.

1st Prize of the tournament was 31,000/- , 2nd prize was 25,000/-  & 3rd prize was 15,000/-

More than 20 teams of Balachaur area participated in the tournament & all reputed players of Punjab, Haryana & UP participated in it.

UDHANWAL WON the tournament and get 31,000/- Rs/- first prize and Jagdev Kalan A got 2nd prize of 25,000 Rs/-. Third Prize Rs 15,000/- gone to Mhendwani Gujjran (Mansoorpur) team.

Best Attacker of the tournament was DAVINDER FARIDKOTIA & He was rewarded with 43″ LED. PREET UDHANWAL & KARAN JK A were rewarded with SILVER CHAIN.

Muradpur Naryal (Hoshiarpur) Volleyball Tournament was held on 19-20 November 2022. It is located in Hoshiarpur District. This tournament was organized by Thiara Sports Club & Stage Work was beautifully Managed by SURINDER SINGH (ASI) & JARNAIL SINGH (MASTER). HARDEEP SINGH NANNAR (DEEPU BABAK) & PARAMJIT SINGH GOGI (VOLLEYBALL CLUB BABAK) Managed the Court Work, Teams & Players. The Backbone of this Tournament was ONKAR SINGH THIARA, managing & guiding from the backend. He is also a well known volleyball player. It Was an All Open Volleyball Tournament.

1st Prize of the tournament 1,00,000/- was provided by BOBY GHORAWAHA (USA) & 2nd prize 75,000/- was provided by  GURPREET SINGH THIARA (CANADA).

HSIIDC WON the tournament and get 1,00,000 Rs/- first prize and LPU got 2nd prize of 75,000 Rs/-

Mukerian (Hoshiarpur) Tournament was held on 17 November 2022. It is located in Hoshiarpur District. This tournament was organized by Consilior Balwinder Kumar (Binder Mukerian) & tournament was beautifully Managed by Sukhpreet Singh (Sukh Kotli). It Was an All Open Volleyball Tournament. Some of the most respected Politicians & Police Officers did visit this tournament like Manglesh Kumar (Indian National Congress), Sangram Singh (BJP), Thakur Sulakhan Singh Jaggi (Aam Adami Party), Sumit Dadwal (Indian National Congress), Ashwani Kumar, Indu Bala (Indian National Congress), Kuwinder Singh Virk (DSP), Balwinder Singh (SHO Line), Harjinder Singh (SHO Mukerian)

Many of the close friends like Simma Dhaliwal, Pavitardeep Singh Ahluwalia, Manu Suri, Chandan Veer Kashyap also made their appearance at the tournament with their group of friends & enjoyed the matches.

The best thing about this tournament was time management which undoubtedly lacking in Punjab & Haryana’s Volleyball. No compromises were made in that department.

KHARL KHURD (JAGDEV KALAN B) WON the tournament and get 21,000 Rs/- first prize and BABAK got 2nd prize of 17,000 Rs/-. Third Prize match was between Jagdev Kalan A (Adelaide Skiers) Panjab Sports Club Vs SSM College, Dinangar & 3rd Prize won by Jagdev Kalan A (Adelaide Skiers) Panjab Sports Club). Best player of the tournament was Davinderdeep Singh (Davinder Faridkotia) & he was Rewarded with trophy.

Chhota Bianpur (Mukerian) Tournament was held on 15-16 November 2022. It is located in Mukerian (Hoshiarpur). This tournament was organized in the loving memory of Late Balraj Singh. Tournament was Organized by Gurmeet Singh (Monu USA), Gurpal Singh (Sonu USA), Jaskaran Singh (Jashan USA) & Satvir Singh (Rimple Portugal) & tournament was beautifully Managed by Lovepreet Singh (Shallu Lubana) (Chhota Bianpur). 

On the day one (15th November 2022) Village Level tournament was conducted, in which 20+ teams participated.

1st Semi Final was between MANWAL & KALIAN. This match was so Interesting & dramatic considering it was a village level match. Kalian won this match. 

2nd Semi Final was between NAROT & SARNA. It was a tough competition but Narot won match by 2 Straight sets.

1st Prize of village level tournament was won by KALIAN & 2nd Prize winner was Narot Majra. Sarna Team went home with 3rd Prize.

On the Day Two (16th November 2022) All Open Volleyball Tournament was Conducted.

CHANDIGARH CLUB (MHENDWANI GUJJRAN) WON the tournament and get 31,000 Rs/- first prize and KHARAL KHURD (JAGDEV KALAN B) got 2nd prize of 21,000 Rs/-. Best player of the tournament was Onkardeep Singh (Lohar Majra) & he was Rewarded with trophy.

Kunail (Garshankar) Tournament was held on 14 November 2022. It is located in Garshankar (Hoshiarpur). Tournament was Organized by Mr. Ravinder Chaudhary (Ballu Sarpanch) & tournament was beautifully Managed by Jagdish Chaudhary (Chandpur Rurki). Tournament began with the matches of under 17 boys. Dhaktana team won the 1st prize of U17 tournament & Rauri became runner up.

The Main Event of the tournament was with teams of village level (4 Players Village 2 Outsiders).

CHANDPUR RURKI (JAGDEV KALAN B) WON the tournament and get 21,000 Rs/- first prize and Raju Majra got 2nd prize of 15,000 Rs/- Best player of the tournament was Lovepreet (Lavi Babarpur) & he was Rewarded with trophy.

ARNAULI BHAI KI (Haryana) Tournament was held on 13 November 2022. It is located in Haryana at the edge of Punjab. The tournament was beautifully organized. Some Teams were late but other than that everything went smoothly . The tournament began with a proper ARDAAS and ended with a price distribution ceremony.

Our experience with the committee members was really good. Everyone was humble and treating each other nicely.
