We are delighted to report on the successful completion of the Wander Jatana Volleyball Tournament, which took place on the 11th and 12th of February 2023. The tournament was organized by the Dera Baba Khuhi Wala Committee to commemorate the 13th remembrance anniversary of Baba Gurdev Nath Ji, a revered spiritual leader.

The Wander Jatana Volleyball Tournament saw participation from several talented teams, who competed fiercely in the spirit of sportsmanship. The event attracted a large audience, including volleyball enthusiasts, supporters, and followers of Baba Gurdev Nath Ji, who came together to celebrate his memory.

After an intense display of skill and athleticism throughout the tournament, the Mansoorpur team emerged as the worthy champions, showcasing their exceptional teamwork and determination. They were awarded the prestigious first prize of Rs 33,333/-. Their outstanding performance and dedication were commendable, earning them the title and the admiration of the spectators.

The team from Hari Nau displayed tremendous resilience and talent, securing the second position in the tournament. Their exceptional efforts were acknowledged with the runner-up prize of Rs 22,222/-. The Hari Nau team exhibited great sportsmanship and contributed to the competitive and thrilling atmosphere of the tournament.

A special mention must be made for Gagan Pawan, the commentator for the tournament. His energetic and engaging commentary added an extra dimension of excitement and enthusiasm for both the players and the audience, creating an unforgettable experience.

The Wander Jatana Volleyball Tournament not only served as a platform for passionate athletes to showcase their skills but also as an occasion to honor the memory of Baba Gurdev Nath Ji.
